Signing links and bulk send
A link anyone can sign, and one document sent to many people at once.
Signing links Pro and up
A signing link is a web address anyone can open to sign their own copy of a document. Put it on your website, in an email footer or behind a QR code: waivers, intake forms, terms, registration forms.
- Make a template with exactly one open signer role (the person who will use the link). Other roles can have a fixed name and email, for example you as countersigner.
- Open Links in the top bar, pick the template and give it a Link name, an Address ending and, if you like, Maximum uses.
- Copy the link and share it.
Each visitor enters Your full name and Email, presses Continue to the document and signs. Every signing becomes its own request in your Documents. Use Pause and Resume to switch the link off for a while, or Delete.
Bulk send Business
Send the same document to many people at once, each signing their own copy. For example, a policy update to every employee.
- Open Bulk send, pick a template and give the batch a name.
- Paste rows from a spreadsheet, one person per row: name, email and, if you like, a last column with a custom title for their copy. Commas or tabs between columns both work.
- Press Send to everyone.
Previous batches are listed below. Each copy is a normal request you can remind, correct or download.
