What each plan includes, limits, invoices and changing your plan.
Every plan includes every on-device PDF tool with no limits, unlimited self-signing, email codes for signers, and a sealed certificate with a verify page. Paid plans are priced per person; paying yearly saves 25%.

What counts as a signature request
One document sent to one or more people. Signing your own document with Only me does not count.
Change your plan
- Open Plan and billing from your account menu (or go to https://signofficially.com/app/billing).
- Choose Yearly (save 25%) or Monthly.
- Click Upgrade to Pro or Upgrade to Business and pay by card. Your plan changes within a minute of the payment going through.
Only the team owner or an admin can change the plan or see invoices. Business seats are counted automatically as you add team members.
Card, billing email and invoices
- Payment method and billing details lets you change your card, the email receipts go to, your company name and tax ID, or cancel.
- Invoices lists every invoice and receipt with a PDF to download.
- If a payment fails, a notice appears at the top of the page. Update your card to keep your plan.
- On card statements the charge shows as SIGNOFFICIALLY.
Prices are in US dollars. Downgrading or cancelling keeps everything you have already sent and signed; limits of the new plan apply to new documents.
