AI in Sign Officially is there to save you typing and reading. Nothing is sent to an AI service unless you press a button that says so. Free accounts get 3 AI runs a day, Pro 50, Business 200 and Enterprise has no limit.

Find fields with AI

In step 3 of sending, Find fields with AI looks at the pages and places signature, date, name and other fields for each person. Pictures of the pages are sent to our AI provider for that one request only. For documents with clear "Signature: ____" lines, Find signature lines does the same on your device with no AI. "Before you sign" summary for signers Pro and up

Tick Offer signers a "Before you sign" summary when sending. Signers can then open Before you sign: what am I agreeing to? for a plain-English summary of money, dates, length, renewal, cancelling, penalties and unusual terms. It is clearly marked as an AI summary and not legal advice. For Private documents the signer is asked before any text is sent.

Contract dates

On a signed document, Add contract details then Read with AI fills in the parties, value, dates, renewal and notice period for Contracts.

OCR PDF: makes a scanned PDF searchable and copyable (this one is not AI and runs on our server).

AI can make mistakes. Always read the document itself before you sign or rely on a summary.
