On your device means the file never leaves your computer or phone: the tool runs inside your browser. Our servers means the file is sent over an encrypted connection, processed in an isolated folder and deleted within an hour.

Several files at once
Conversions that run on our servers (Word, Excel and PowerPoint to PDF, and PDF to Word, Excel and PowerPoint) take many files at once. Each file is converted on its own; the results arrive one by one and also as a single ZIP.
Limits
- Tools on your device: no limits. The file size depends only on your device's memory.
- Tools on our servers: 10 runs a day and files up to 25 MB without an account. Plans raise both. See Plans and billing.
- AI tools: a few runs a day on the Free plan, more on paid plans.
